the front desk staff are friendly. check-in was seamless. the hotel is conveniently close to the waterfront along the canals.
there was no access to the restaurant or pool, it was quite disappointing.

a romantic escape near the waterfront
thoughtful decoration easy walk
The room was newly renovated with great design and thoughtful decoration. its location made it easy to walk to the waterfront and battersy park. We enjoyed stretching our legs amid greenery. friendly staff greeted us at the front desk. Check-in was seamless.

Okay stay, some issues
convenient location free parking canal view overwhelmed staff table settings cleared dishes
The hotel's location was really convenient. I could EASILY walk to nearby attractions. Free parking was also a bonus, and i felt my car was secure. The view from my room overlooked the canals.
the breakfast restaurant was a little chaotic. Staff seemed overwhelmed, and i had to get my own table settings. i had to clear my own dishes. i asked for assistance but didn't receive any.
